Okay everyone, its not even days anymore, its only hours away...my bags are standing by the door!!! Now I'm going to try and get a couple hours of sleep before I have to get up. Leaving home at 3 am to be at the airport for 4. Leaving Winnipeg at 6:20 and arriving in PV at 1:32 pm.

I SO wish I was going with you!!! As if yesterday wasn't cold enough - this morning it is minus 36 again but right now the wind chill is minus 50!!

How can this be fair??!!

I'm leaving for Playa del Carmen at 7am Fri 1-12. Tell you what, I'll toast you at sunrise and you toast me at sunset since we will be on different coasts.

Your schedule looks like mine. Leave the house at 3:45, arrive airport before 5. Plane leaves at 7 and arrive in PdC at 11am. I already faxed the resort and told them to have the lobby bar ready for me.

Well, Joyce got here safe and sound and she is starting to walk on terra firma again. She seems very happy with her condo and being here in general. We´re off to do some grocery shopping now.

Thanks everyone, the flights were great, and i did exactly what i said, elenita got a hug and then i stood on th balcony looking at the bay and said a prayer of gratitude.

hey there Joyce... well save some of that fun and sun for us when we all get down there to party on with you, Ellen and David... and the rest of the looney tuned people from this bulletin board that will be joining us during the Invasion of 2007... the party is rocking on ....

Freddie P, can't wait to meet you as well, Lorrie and I are so excited that we are going to finally meet up with so many people from this BB, it is just crazy... there is definitely going to be some great friendships solidified when we all get together in person that is for sure...

This morning I went with Ellen to a networking breakfast and met some wonderful people who do some great things around here. I hope to help also in some small way. Did some groceries last night and slept like a log. The condo is great, the view is amazing. This morning after breakfast I took a walk all the way from OT to the Rosita along the malecon. Its finished now and what a wonderful thing to connect the two parts of town. This afternoon I sat on the lounge chair on my balcony, but couldnt make up my mind did I want to read my book or look at the bay? I did both. In a little while we are going to Cycs to meet some people.
Its hot and humid here, my hair is going a little berserk! I love hot and humid, especially if there are palm trees and a beautiful horizon in front of me!
More another time. Thanks for all the great wishes, I really appreciate it.
Hi FreddieP and the rest of the gang. Tell the girls not to pack to much stuff, they can buy cute stuff here.

One more thing, we walked past Andales this morning on the way to Banana Cantina and I looked to the left of the door, and sure enough there was Dave. In the very near future Im going in there to have breakfast with him.
