We'll be there on the 22nd and could help out if you have trouble finding some Tracy. I think I've seen it at Costco? Let me know!

Tracy, I have membership and I'm going to Wpg, on Wednesday. I'll look and if I see any I will get Bruce some and you can take it along when you go.
Bruce, if I find some I will bring more when I come on Jan. 16.
Will they let it on the plane if its a citrus based anything?

I was going to ask the same question Joyce...I'm not so worried about the plane, but what about the border going down? I think they ask if you have any fruit or meat...hmm

Perhaps its the stones or pits they are more concerned with. Last year when I left for PV I had prepared myself some healthy snacks for the plane but was not allowed to take my cut up orange. But perhaps dried peel should be different.
We'll give it a go anyway.

My curiosity is getting the better of me in regards to Bruce's comment... "I WILL MAKE IT WELL WORTH YOUR WHILE"

Considering Mr. Bruce is establishing a top notch restaurant (if it's not done by now) I could imagine something related to that... say a free night washing the dishes or mopping the floor... ;-)

Any case, went by to visit Bruce last time I was in Vallarta (for more than 7 hours, as was my last trip the 27th... :-( ) and saw his restaurant half way there. Was quite impressed, plus Bruce, wife and friends all very nice, send greetings.

How's it going now Bruce?! Ready soon?

Greetings

Mogens

The only thing we could find at Sobey's or Superstore was cubed lemon peel...is this what you're wanting? Both stores were sold out but I could try other locations...but I'm not sure Customs will allow it...if it was a powder then maybe...please let me know ASAP...

Shoot :(
Cosco didn't have any and it didn't show up in their computer as stock either. Sorry Bruce I can't send any along with Tracy at this time. I will keep looking however and if I find some then I will bring it in Jan.

Hmmm...I'm not convinced Customs will allow me to bring the cubed stuff across because I think they would consider it to still be fruit...

Bruce, can you tell us if it's normally a powder? I can also take a look at the "Bulk Barn" tomorrow.

Hey Tracy - how about Spice World? It's on Main Street just after the underpass at Higgins. They have nothing but spices and all kinds of odd ones. Des has gotten a lot of different things there.

I'll try Bulk Burn - I would think they should carry the same things...otherwise I'll try Spice World...

I'll do my best Bruce. :)
