Interesting cease trade order with Saskatchewan/PV ties

Government of Saskatchewan web site has this cease trade order on today..

Anybody know or heard of this lady or company before??

Alberta Securities Commission extended the cease-trade order here in Alberta on Landbankers International on January 11th.
