We are off to Seattle today after I go get my driver's license renewed. Apparently, I've been driving around for the last six months on an expired license. Still wouldn't have realized it if I hadn't been making copies of my ID. Terra picks up my license and says Mom, your license is expired. Needless to say I go WHAT!? So that is where I am off to now.

Must be that time of year.... Came to work this morning and a local guy came in and mentioned to me that the stickers on my van were expired... Sure enough, forgot to renew the insurance... had to take another vehicle to the insurance office to buy some good stuff.... Lucky I didn't have any kind of accident..... massive snowstorm right now... can't see 200 feet out there.

Power was out for about an hour this morning due to the ice on the lines, which is a good thing cause the RCMP would have probably been patrolling on the way to the donut shop. I guess they had to stay inside!

I'm giddy, only two days and I'm off to the vacation I have been needing for so long. I am excited, anxious and in need of the sun. It's grey skies here in Seattle and man am I just sick of it. We have had snow, hail, rain, wind and dreary days all in April. So PV here I come.

Any last minute tips for me....my first trip to PV so I'm just green around the ears for sure.

Here I sit quite incoherent nothing bothers me its quite time. Then I hear little voices in my head. Is it time yet can we go now please I promise to sit at the airport bar and bother no one please can we go now.

Hi! Is anyone going to Nuevo Vallarta the week of June 16? Our family of 7 is going and staying in a 3 bed at the Marival. We went to Cancun last year so thought we'd try this for our 40th anniversary. Can't wait!

Sorry nana4ou, but we will just miss you. We are a party of six staying
in the marina area. We will depart for home on June 13. This will be
my first experience travelling with a lap child. She came back from
Colo. last week with a sunburn on her face. Grandpa has all ready
bought three tubes of sunscreen for next week-SPF 35, SPF 45, and SPF
55.
