depending on your resort, they may have some "rainy" day activities for you to enjoy. But isn't weather a risk no matter where you go for a vacation? Grab an umbrella and go into town? If it isn't raining that hard, play on the beach and see how well your wet sand building skills are, make it a competition between mom and dad and the kids. I guarantee you will not melt. Send the kids off with the activites staff to entertain them for a few hours, and you and hubby take a romantic walk along the beach in the rain...

good luck and enjoy....

usually in the rainy season it's so hot you don't even really notice or feel the rain.

Why worry about something you do not even know is going to happen and if it should rain.. Just enjoy your day in Puerto Vallarta..

Rainy days in PV

We just returned last month from PV. Of the 8 days; five were light rain,
and two were overcast. Son and daughter-in-law rode the bus to town
nearly everyday. Cooler temperatures made for slower more relaxed
shopping and sightseeing. Grandson swam in the pools and/or bay
everyday. NO SUNBURN!!!

Being from Vancouver, we get our fair share of rain. We are used to it, so when it rains in P.V. its still hot out and swimming in the ocean is awesome during a down pour.
Grab a taxi or take a bus and head into town for the day. Go to the swap meet. Its all good, remember you are in P.V.
