OMG - minus 45 windchill this morning! It's been in the minus 30's all week and I didn't think it could get any colder - this sucks!!

Two months and 5 days - that's all I can think of!

My office has a big window and I seem to have a continuous cold draft. I actually bought a flannel blanket last year to wear. I have no problem wearing much less when I'm in PV!!

I keep telling my husband that should he decide he really can't stay at home all winter I will sacrifice a week in January...heck...maybe he should just pick the second week in February and then I wouldn't have to fly back at all!

okay - I was wrong - it can get colder - minus 54 wind chill this morning! And it's supposed to be like this for a few days before it "warms" up to minus 40 again! These are days when I really wonder why we live here!!

Got to a balmy 36 degree f. here in the great Illinois corn desert of America. We have been in a cold spell since Dec. 1st and not going to end until spring. Hey Mr. Gore where is this global warming you keep promising me? just kidding. We leave in two weeks for sunshine, cerveza, tranquility, and good times. Hope everyone has a very merry christmas and try to stay warm with loved ones and family.

We're somewhere around -40 with a -52 windchill (or worse, because we have a hell of a wind right now)... All brass monkey's are staying inside.

You must be down south in the warmer parts of the Province... Come up to La Ronge where you can't even spot a raven right now!
