The fact that it says it is a a

natural food enzyme

suggests that either there is an unnatural one (who would that be for?), or could it be suggesting that it should be used for natural body functions?

Now being a 'man', I would suggest, and most married women and all divorced women would agree, that flatulence comes naturally to all men... where, when, and what perfume it resembles is never something to consider... it's as common as a Ukrainian picking his nose or a Canadian postie going on strike.

Gonna buy me some of this stuff if I can find it.
