Sad news in our house

Post by tojol57 » Wed Dec 23, 2009 8:11 pm

I know it has been a long time since either Lorrie or myself have been on line - our lives have been really busy and constantly changing... and then this happens in our lives this Holiday Season... Many of you recieved this information from me personally via e-mail... and we have always been a family out here... so i thought those magical healing powers of prayer could kick in again....

thanks for understanding....

Tom aka Mr. Crown...

Last night I was informed that my youngest daughter, Christine Michelle Ludwig, was found dead in her apartment in Iowa City. She just has some surgery last week for sinus problems and her tonsils removed. An autopsy is going to be performed this morning by the medical examiner in Johnson County. She didn’t call her mother on Sunday night like she usually does, so we don’t know how long she was dead in her apartment. She was found by one of her friends, that came in to check on her. Christie was a neo-natal nurse with the University of Iowa Hospitals. She is survived by her mother Carol in Algona, her sister Amanda in Dubuque, and me…. Keep them all in your thoughts and prayers during this holiday season….

Our prayers are with you at this very sad time. I can not even begin to imagine the depth of your grief, but hopefully in time the pain will subside and you'll remember all the good times and special moments that defined her life.
With much love,
JJ & JC

Tom and Lori,

I know you don't know me, we've never met. I do however feel like I know you from when you used to post out here all the time. I've gotten so much from your postings. I want to let you know you will be in my thoughts and prayers. I am truly sorry for your loss.
