FREE AIRPORT RIDES

Once again I am offering Free Airport Rides with a donation to the children we work with in Mojenares.

Thanks to contributions from the bar Gringo Loco and their clients many gifts were given to the children in Mojenares.

Please view the pictures of the Three Kings Day celebration.

I have Chico putting some of the pictures on the board for me in the Donation section of this board. -http://todopuertovallarta.yuku.com/topi ... neras.html

Thanks again for all those that help.

For ride information please mail me at warmweathermark@yahoo.com

Great idea, your efforts show you care about the town and the people who live in it!! Hopefully people that utilize this service will be generous and give a little extra for each ride!

FREE AIRPORT RIDES

Post by warmweathermark » Thu Feb 04, 2010 6:12 pm

Hello all,

Yes I will be available April for a pick up.

I have been asked what sort of a donation would be best.

As far as a donation it's up to you.

Unfortunately the airlines are often charging for luggage as the best donation would be clothes, common goods or just about
anything that a person here would need to live with. Toothbrushes and paste, cotton swabs are popular, toys, ointments and bandages, school supplies or just about anything on sale. The dollar stores have been a big help.

If a cash donation I would hope for more then cab fare.

When the economy fails it's often the poor who feel it most.

Thank you all

Free airport rides

Post by Dusty Rhodes » Thu Feb 11, 2010 9:12 pm

My friend,
I am arriving PV May 4th, 4:55 PM U S Air, headed to Conchas Chinas. But I really want to donate time and some cash to a good cause. Here in the states I ran a homeless shelter, a free food bank, and worked with at-risk youth. It's a good calling and I look forward to helping out wherever I am able after I get in. mickeyrhodesx@hotmail.com.
Be blessed,
Dusty

Thank you for your concern for the children here.

I will be sending you a PM on volunteer opportunities here in Vallarta.

Short term there are some food distribution and processing help but
we are always looking for long term volunteers.

Teachers of English, Math and computer skills for the School of Champions
and assistants along with summer school help are always in demand.

Want more information on these things?
