I'll start it......I would be sitting in the sun on a remote beach eating cerviche and drinking a Modelo Especial.

It's 9:50 and we are applying a good coat of sunscreen so we can enjoy a few Coronas around the pool. We have been home a week now and even though the weather is great here in Windsor, sure do miss the ever so nice people of PV! January 10 is still along way till our next 2 month stay..

Well, for one thing I wouldn't be at work. That alone...

But, it's almost 3:00 in Puerto Vallarta right now so I'd probably be sitting on the beach, maybe munching some jicama or grilled mahi-mahi.
