I watched the video when it first was postedand then it was removed. We have been checking all news for a follow up and its just not covered in Canada yet!
So what happened and should this cause a concern??

I've heard 2 different stories. The one in the video and one that said the P.U. truck caught fire accidentally and blew up. Either way we'll be there 2 weeks from today

From what I have gathered fom different sources, the gist of it is that the police chief's car was attacked by gunfire and grenades, caught fire, exploded along with a taxi parked nearby. While he escaped unharmed, a body guard and 3 children on the way to school and the mother of 2 of them were injured by shrapnel, one little boy being seriously injured and still hospitalized. While it is tragic that this happened, I'm with davilin and not canceling my trip, I'm still leaving 11/1 and am looking forward to a glorious time.

Man, they don't even do that to the police chief's of Detroit when they want them to leave. They just give them a 30 day paid suspension, and then say goodbye, here's your pension.
