I know most folks my age or older remember Robert Conrad in the 1970's hit TV show "Ba Ba Black Sheep" starring Robert Conrad, who later avoided the game show circuit, and got filthy rich off his Duracel batter commecials. Ed really got punked getting his hat ripped off like that. 93 years old, a walking history book! My late grandmother had a gentleman friend who dies last year at the rip old age of 96, sharp as a tack till the end went the casino's twice a week! He was in MI in the European theatre, and was involved interrogating Herman Goring before he bit the cyanide pill. Talked to him for over 2 hours, and my mom was like Todd, leave Geore along". He told her he could talk about it all day! Fascinating stuff, guys like this, my grand parents generation were the greatist ever.
I went down to the team clubhouse store and World Series hats, T shirts, anything with a StL and Cardinal Bird on it just FLYING off of the shelves. BoSox Card WS Tix impossible unless you last name is Busch or Trump!

Fenway Franks, Louie Style
I was going to post this as a new thread, but for some reason I cannot initiate that, Mogens, a little help here please? Game 3 of the WS tonite, they said in the media that the viewrship has gone up every game, first game here tonite! The L A Dodgers sell their 
odger Dogs" at their concession, and in Boston it's the Fenway Frank" I have a new nominee, "Louie's Links" This was inspired by stopping by my friends Charlie and Dianas home, some of my dearist friends. Between therm they have 5 sons from 21-25, and any event over there, espicially beer drinking poker games, is the best free entertainment in town, I woukd visit more often, but cannot stand when there are 4 cigaretts going in the kitchen 
Two days I was over there, and when I waked in, Jerry the neighbor, Big Dan (Ding Ban") and Charlie were involved in a major cleanup activity. Mac was there too, but I just sat at the kitchen table watching, the St Louis "Kitchen Thing" seemes like every one on the city's south side allways hang out in the kitchen. Anyway, Jerry Ding and Charlie, were removing the cellephane from about 25 home made sausage links, which ad JUST begun to spoil being the deep freeze in Charlie's basement crapped out. As a resullt, some of the sausages had tiny mold spots on them, and all three were peelin' the celophane and scrubbing the sausages in the sink. Charlie said they were still good, like remember the old days before they had advanced refrigeration. Mac and I caught up drinking Busch cans haven't seen my buddy for along time, and doing a tequila shot, and of course razzing them over this! Good to knw that Ding, Jerry, and Charlie now have the cleanist weenie's on Jamison Ave!
