as of may 18, 2015 the cam has been out of service

The cam should be up this week with any luck, there was a serious issue with the network and cables, furthermore the camera had been working uninterrupted for over 10 years, so it needed some massage and oiling at the local cam spa. I asked that the lens be thoroughly cleaned so it once again can show the colors of the town and no longer looks like one of the grubby filters they put on movies shot in Hollywood when they want to show Mexico as bad as possible.
So let's see what happens, I for one, have my fingers crossed.
