Well... once in the Sub-board you'll see a new button appear which you will now be able to use. A hammer and a folder, beside the New Topic button on the main page, though you'll see most options once you open the Moderator Tools inside a thread. This button will show you the new options, you can edit posts, erase threads, etc.

BTW any more of the Premium Members out there interested in moderating a subsection?
