Hurricane Javier

Anybody out there have any info on how Hurricane Javier is expected to impact Puerto Vallarta? We are arriving on 9/25 and are just wondering if it will brush close enough to cause any wind damage or storm surge.

No need to worry unless it makes a 90 degree turn to the right and heads inland.

Thanks for the info! You know how it is. As the days tick down, and the anticipation builds, ya start to worry about the weather, cause you only can be in Puerto Vallarta for that one week. Bob & I have seen some spectacular thunder & lightening storms when we've been there. Two years ago, we were at the Crown Paradise about 2 1/2 weeks BEFORE Kenna hit.

Got back on the 18th.We just got some rain and it got a little choppy out beyond the Bay ,other than that everything is still lovely. Enjoy your trip,
