Yes it is Bretta... but if you look in the middle of the picture you will see how far they are along with the two condo projects of the Peninsula and the Venetian... the Venetian is the one with the most bright lights on top... the Holiday Inn is to the right, to the left you can see the lights and outline of the GCP and CPCR.....

still, it is a great picture that is for sure....
