Moved this post (split from Skyline under Complaints) as it was off-topic and placed it here in Restaurants and Food.

Oh....I cannot say for sure. I don't even want to look at a McD's while I'm on vacation! In 13 years of going to PV we have NEVER stopped there!!!

Gross, I was an adult supervisor for high school kids on a trip to Europe in 96 and what do you know, the second day in Paris those knuckleheads had to go to a McD's. I wanted to strangle them on the spot.

Just phoned my mom to see if she could remember where it was and she thinks it was only a couple doors down from McD's.

Hi Michelle

Thanks and yes, the trip was great. I will write a report and post pictures as soon as I can find some time. Been busy getting Terra's trip report and pictures ready for school so haven't had much time for anything else since we have been back.

Yes, we too saw the Subway out in the Hotel Zone. My wife commented on it as we came in. We were really surprised by the fast food chains out there. (Been a few years since we were in PV.) Happy to report that we kept our dining to places that are ONLY in PV! :D

Don't be shocked

Remember locals are entitled to enjoy the gastronomical delicacies and creations from the US too, now if you are all tired of McD, Burger K, Outback, Hooters and etc., just don't visit them! :-) But then again, each time I've walked by the places they all look like the local US or Canadian Consulates... hehehe

Greetings

Mogens

One should be suspicious of the food quality if the sales rely soley on scantily clad women to take your order!!!!

McDonalds is always a good place for a bathroom break while enjoying the Malecon.

In the last 8 years or so, that's the only reason I've dropped into a FF resturant is the restroom.

The food is one of the principal attractions for us when we visit Mexico, whether just over the Calif border, or futher south. I can't imagine going, and then eating American fast food.

My $.02
