No Name Restaurant

I just returned from a wonderful week at the Golden Crown Paradise. Just wanted to say that I spent a great afternoon at the No Name Restaurant and Bar. I had about five beers, chips and salsa and some chicken Burritos that were to die for (the beans and rice were pretty good too). The total cost was less than $18 US. Check it out.

I wonder if the new owners have adjusted the prices into reality. We stopped in there four or five years ago, my wife and I each had two Smirnoff and soda, the bill was 260 pesos. Never went back, $6.50 per drink is way too expensive, even on the Malecón.

Well I don't know when the new owners took over, but when we were there in Feb. I thought we overpaid handsomely for what we had. Unless someone else is treating me, I won't go back.

ok heres the strait goods

don eastcott has taken over the place 3 years ago

i just talked to him on the phone and he told me to make the following comments

1 smirnoff is the house vodka for the last 2 years 39 pesos cheapest on the malecon

don was one of the original owners of the no name cafe
after to many years of him being gone he decided to come back and make a few changes including getting rid of a few other people in management that truly didnt really know what they were doing

drop by and see him now and try some of the food

maybe youll give it second thought
