We went there on our last trip and the food was excellent and very reasonable...very small place and reservation is a must......corner of Iturbide & Mirmar.......also ate at Sirloin Stockade for the buffet which was also very good after 6 pm 188 pesos for 2 people....very noisy as it is in the Galleria Mall across from Liverpool...but food was excellent........Blakes sports bar was a hit for the prime rib also must reserve it........

Esquina is one of my hidden loved treasures. Though small, they are closing soon for a month or so to expand to the side and enlarge kitchen in rear, badly needed. We went there as a party of 10, each ordered a plate and he brought 2 of each, so we had all these plates circulating. Fantastic, the proper way to eat tapas. With one drink, bill came to 150p per person!!! Also love Sirloin Stockade for huge buffet choices [start with their myriad of desserts] Not fond of Blake's. Some new ones in Southside worth checking are No Way Jose, Marantina Lounge, Coco's Kitchen, El Mole de Jovita and Casa de Tandoor.

6 of us went to welcome our amigos back open. Wow, they did a fantastic job. Front of house took over kitchen so seems twice as large; good modern kitchen; back patio are is the best. We sat there with dark blue tiled walls, plants and great fun. Food was marvelous as always but maybe it was the absence that made it taste even better than last May. ADD to your list.
