The new 3.14 Plaza has some very good restaurants that opened recently:

Dolce Vita (same as the one downtown, great pizza)
Ginger (Thai food, upscale but really good quality and not so high priced)
Pincho & Ole (not opened yet, same as the one downtown, Spanish tapas at good prices)
Seafood (not opened yet and with no name, but it will be a cheap seafood restaurant)

It is located at the second entrance of Nuevo Vallarta
