Que pasa 2 on Olas Altas

Posted on All Vallarta by Utahfilmguy. The last line of the post pretty much sums it up.

As I was walking by today I noticed the door was open, so I decided to pay my condolences to Linda. Lo and behold, she was with customers playing a game of dice:

Seems the previous owner Leo, of "Sweeny's" fame, has a demanda against him regarding a possibly unpaid severance or vacation compensation of a past employee of his. The Feds came and took the furniture, some TVs, and small kitchen appliances but left all the booze and beer. Linda's making due with some patio furniture. She says Leo's lawyers are looking at his paperwork now, and expect this issue to be resolved by October 15th. In the meantime, Linda will be doing her standard off-season cleaning and repairs, but if the door's open, come on up and have a drink.

Once again, the Vallarta expat rumor-mill has slurred one of their own without even checking the facts.
