Vegetarian choices in P.V.?

My husband is a vegan...he doesn't eat dairy products, meat, poultry or fish. Other than lots of guacamole, any suggestions of where he can eat? We have been to Papaya 3 and a few other places that do a vegetarian special on their comida corrida but always looking for new places since we haven't been to P.V. for about 3 years.

Try Red Cabbage Cafe - great place with a vegetarian selection. Closed Mondays. Recommend reservations. De Santos has great pasta as well as Dolce Vita. Also Angelos, a new place across from Rizos has lots of good pasta!
