excellent vegetarian restaurant buffet for 55 pesos

While in PV at Christmas time we went to an excellent vegetarian buffet. Two people (out of four) were meat eaters but really enjoyed the buffet's variety. One dish we really liked was the banana lasagne. The dishes change every night. We found PV dining more expensive than other years but the buffet was good value and included fruit drinks, tea and coffee, and dessert. It was just near the big church around Hidalgo and Iturbide, I think.
