Wireless Internet
Capt Roy:
AirCard, I think, is a brand name (Sierra Wireless, I think).
IUSACELL does offer wireless internet. They call it BAM and you can find out more by looking at the IUSACELL web site. It is all in Spanish, though.
Since IUSACell is wholly or partly owned by Verizon Wireless, I suspect they use the same CDMA technology as Verizon does. Therefore, if you have a Verizon modem (PCMCIA or otherwise) I suspect that there's no TECHNICAL reason why the modem would not function on ISUACell's network.
Whether or not they'll let you purchase service on a month-to-month basis is another issue. Perhaps you'll find the answer on the IUSACell web site.
