I'm in PV for the month of March. Up in Gringo Gulch. The jackhammering construction noise coming from the house below me is driving me NUTS.

Please help me find the following, so I can get out of the apartment. I'd like to find the following within walking distance:

- Free/Low-cost 9am-11am Spanish classes
- Gym with a treadmill and GOOD air-conditioning
- Free/Low-cost swimming pool
- Cute single straight guy, 6'3+, nonsmoker, under 50.

- U Guad offers Spanish: 6 hours a day for 3 days a week
- There is a Gym at Fca Rodriguez and Constitucion
- Most beachfront hotels offer days passes
- Spend the days at Blue Chairs away from the noise.

Thank for the tip... I'll be looking for a gym when I get to town on the 17th. I'll be staying for a couple of months.
