Buying seeds in Puerto Vallarta?!

Hey, where would I buy seeds in puerto vallarta? Mostly interested in flowers. I tried the local walmart but they have a very small selection. I've heard about going to jardineria but I don't know of any.. can you name a good gardening store or other store to buy seeds? preferably near or in th hotel zone
