Electronic cigaratees?

A friend traveling with me this summer is trying to quit smoking. Does anyone know if there are any shops that sell those electronic cigarettes that have flavored filters, etc.?
Never heard of them, are they connected via wi-fi? Sorry for that... Anybody have ideas? I'd guess they may be found in the airport stores, best bet is online though.
