we are visiting pv in jan, wondering if we can buy absolut vodka while we are there any tips would be much appreciated.

I've found the best price on Absolut is in the duty free stores at theairport. You might want to check it out, before you depart the airport. Cheers!

Sorry didn't notice about Absolut, but I've often bought Stoli... it's about the same price as in the States. You might need to go to someplace a bit larger than an average corner store, but liquor or larger grocery stores are not hard to find.
