Vonage Phone in Mexico?

I need to get my long distance phone bills undercontrol here in Mexico. I am calling back to the US. Any suggestions on what is most affordable and reliable. I am currently spending on average $200USD calling to US per month from my Mexico Telmex land line at home. HELP!!! I can't afford this and I still want to talk to family. Any ideas?

Two homes which I recently rented (from Americans) in PV had Vonage lines. It must be pretty reasonably priced. As a renter, I could call the US and receive calls from the US for free.
