Any advice on living in Vallarta with young children...

HI, We (I'm English) & my husband (Mexican) with two young children (ages 4 & 2) are moving to Vallarta in January. We are looking to live in the Bucerias area. I've started to look for information on schools/pre-scholols etc, If anyone has any recommendations or tips on schools in the area, that would be great. Also I'd love to hear any general tips on good places to entertain the little ones, playgroups, parks etc....Thank you!
