all fruit and veggies finely diced
> 1/4 cup red onion
> 1/4 cup jicama
> 1/2 cup cantalope
> 1/2 cup honey dew
> 1/2 cup watermelon
> 2 tablespoons green pepper
> 2 tablespoons cucumber
> 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
> fresh lime juice
> 1 red serrano chili, or 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
> salt and pepper to taste
combine all ingredients. serve as a condiment to fish dishes or just snack on with chips!
