Bus from Vallarta Palace to downtown and back

Hi... I have been unable to get this info and have asked the TA. I will be staying At the Vallarta Palace in Neuvo Vallarta. I care not to rent a car or taxi to get to town. Does anyone know if there is a local bus in Neuvo Vallarta to the Marina where I understand I can catch a bus into town? If there is such a bus do they pick up at the resorts or do I have to get to a specfic location to catch a bus...

There are bus stops on the road outside the hotel the hotel will tell you where to take the bus.

We paid 10 peso's to get to Wallmart and another 5 peso's to get downtown.

Be careful when in town at the bus stop kids (teenagers) will pretend they are trying to help you get your bus but they are time share people and you can get stuck going to a time share instead of back to the hotel

Actually you can take the bus all the way to the Sheraton and get off there and walk to the Malecon (10-15 mins) or get on another bus marked "centro".
