The link on first post leads to a reservation page within PuertoVallarta.net. Not the company's own website. It is this reservation page that does not have my hotel listed under the Destination drop-down list. If the company's name is Aeromovil, I was not able to find it's website.

Is there a hotel listed close to the one you're staying? We stay in a condo and just put a hotel name that's down the street so we know the price is correct. I think there may be a place in the reservation form to add a message. If not I know you can email back and forth.

Tom and I reserved our taxi through this website and were very happy with their services. They had our reservation waiting for us and were very professional. It was so nice not to have to hassle with finding someone once we arrived in PVR. We would highly recommend them!

Mrs. Crown I was interested in pre-booking a taxi throgh this website but have never used them before and wanted to know how it went for you as far as getting email confirmation for your reservation, do they tell you who to look for at the airport, etc.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

We used this service in Feb. and were very pleased. I received the email confirmation in about 3-4 hours. Their info includes how to proceed after you clear immigration and get your bags. Just ignore all the people who are trying to "give you a ride" i.e., sell you timeshares. Their booth was easy to find and they took our paperwork and whisked us off to our hotel. No problems. Hope you enjoy your vacation!!

GREAT! I will make my reservation now. We are very seasoned travelers so we know to ignore all the people trying to get you to listen to their pitch and all, ha! Do they have a sign with your name on it? That is usually what they do when we have reserved a service with other sites.

They didn't have a sign with our name on it -- maybe because we were 6 hours late arriving - something on plane from Ks City was broken and they put us on a different airline. First time that has happened!
Don't worry if they don't have a sign, it is easy to find their booth. :)

We've booked through this site before and they were great. They did have a sign with our name on it to the right as you come out the last double doors after the shark tank. My only problem was getting credit card company to accept the charges. They kept thinking it was a scam charge because it shows up as Telemarketing or something?? I called the taxi service and emailed several times and they were very patient. I think you'll love this service. I know Mr and Mrs Crown personally and they use the service all the time with no problems.

We've used this company before and were very happy with them. But nobody's posted anything on this thread for over 6 months. Does anybody know if they're still in business?

The company is reserved through this website as always and is still in business. When I read your post at the bottom there was a link to click on to reserve your transportation with them.

Wow! That's quite an increase in prices!! I guess we'll be sticking with airport taxis. Thanks for the link though.

Prices are in Mexican Pesos, just in case you didn't notice. I don't remember what the previous prices were with the airport taxis, I wasn't in charge of that section.

With the Aeromovil company the rate was $28 USD to the same place. So that's why I said that's quite an increase.
