New direct sfo-pvr service

mexicana begins non stop service san francisco-puerto vallarta starting december 3rd. competition is good, alaska, united and now mexicana. let's see the fares come down!!!!

We bought tickets from Mexicana for the day after Christmas leaving from SFO and it was around 500.00 roundtrip. Alaska and United wanted over 1000.00 with no direct flights on the return leg. Thought we would give it a try. We have been loyal Alaska customers for years but prices have been on the rise and it has been hard to find direct flights on the days we want to travel, plus they are making it harder to use your miles for upgrades unless you buy a more expensive ticket to begin with.
