PV buses from airport to Nuevo V. and to downtown and back..

Hi! This is my first trip to Mexico/PV and I am wondering about taking the local bus from airport to Nuevo Vallarta and back, instead of a taxi, also to get to downtown from Nuevo Valarta and back to the hotel in Nuevo. Which buses do I have to look for and what do the tickets cost. Are the tickets sold on the bus? Any feedback is highly appreciated. Thanks..

You can buy tickets on the ATM buses. The NV one will take you to the tunel turnoff in the Hotel Zone. I recall the rate is 20p. To return, catch it across from Coppel (Canto del Sol) or take a city bus to Walmart.

I think you have to cross the highway at the airport to catch it northbound.
