In my opinion, no night is good. I was in PV last August and that place was never busy. The doormen kept grabbing and friend & I and dragging us in.

We went to Hilo on sunday night. It's a nice bar, cool place to hang out. I think you should definatly check it out. It was busy when I was there. When we bought our ticket through our hotel, we got a free cervesa when we got to the bar.

we went to hilo's on our friday night on the town... had a good time there, very clean, extremely nice employees, coronas were absolutely freezing cold 
had a great time! just a few doors down from the Zoo (another must-see bar)
