probably a gay (man) bar or place of entertainment or game.

beef dip is an annual event here in puerto vallarta that caters to the gay community beef is the term being used instead of bear
a bear is a hairier male and a little more stocky some what more butch
youll find a lot of interest from the local gay community its a fun time for these people and they spread there joy around town like theres no tommorow
they start there party at blue chairs usually and have preplanned events
