He brought the crème de la crème of Hollywood, Richard Burton, Ava Gardner, Deborah Kerr, Sue Lyon and more. Elizabeth Taylor tagged along as she was having a scandalous affair with the leading man, and along came the whole of the world press, which was just starting to peddle scandals and intrude on celebrities. The film went without a hitch and both Huston and the couple of the century, Taylor and Burton, established themselves in the city. Huston, later on, moved a few beaches down from Mismaloya to Las Caletas, where he lived almost till the end of his life.
