Carnival Panorama Ready to Sail to Puerto Vallarta

Starting next December, Carnival Panorama, the line’s newest ship, will sail year-round seven-night Mexican Riviera cruises to Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas and Mazatlán.

Starting in December, the Panorama will be replacing the Carnival Splendor which, after years of calling at the port city’s API maritime terminal, will make its last voyage to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in September.

The Carnival Panorama, the cruise line’s newest ship, successfully completed sea trials in the Adriatic as its construction in Marghera, Italy, comes to an end. Once the final touches are complete, the 3,960 passenger Panorama will be Carnival Cruise Line’s first new ship to sail the West Coast in more than two decades.

The ship will depart Long Beach on December 11, 2019, for its inaugural three-night voyage to Ensenada. Starting on December 14, Carnival Panorama will sail year-round seven-night Mexican Riviera cruises to Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas and Mazatlán.

During these Mexican Riviera cruises, guests can relax on world-class beaches, visit centuries-old historical sites, enjoy unforgettable dining and shopping opportunities, and experience exciting tours and activities.
