At the end of the first week of vacation, Puerto Vallarta registered an average of 92.5% hotel occupancy, according to data from the authorities.
Puerto Vallarta had a huge respite in terms of tourism in the first week of the Easter holiday period, as it reached 92.5% hotel occupancy.

According to local authorities on the matter, the city registered a good influx of visitors, especially on “holy days”, which led to high occupancy, leaving some hotels without space for more tourists.

On the other hand, there was also a good number of visitors who did not stay in hotels, but rather came with family, friends or who rented spaces through Air BnB, although the percentages in these cases are impossible to obtain.

In this second week of vacation, the number of tourists decreases considerably, but the city has already had an average occupancy rate that has not been seen since before the pandemic.
