Puerto Vallarta will register 2 thousand air operations in July

For the month of July, around 2,000 operations are expected at the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, bringing with them thousands of national and international tourists.

“The increase in operations (areas) for this month of July is considerable,” said Luis Villaseñor Nolasco, director of the Public Trust for Advertising and Tourism Promotion of this city, who explained that there are almost 2 thousand operations that will be of flights National and international.

This figure, he added, exceeds the 1,600 operations that were re-registered in 2019, prior to the pandemic. “So, this generates a greater supply of seats.”

For the seventh month of the year, there will be the return of the Toluca route and the presence of the international market as well. “We have some seasonal flights from Dallas and Milwaukee, which was something that was added for this year, and also how operations have been added from the main states of the United States,” he added.

In such a way that, if this trend continues, Puerto Vallarta will be exceeding pre-pandemic figures, which generates great confidence for the tourism sector and for the population of this beach destination.

“We are very optimistic that we will continue to have a very good reference, not only for Vallartans with the issue of income, but also through Puerto Vallarta’s business partners, who will undoubtedly continue to accelerate the motivations of traveling to this bay” , highlighted the director of Fidetur.
