PV Poker Tour 2020

The Annual PV Poker Tour sponsored by Murphy’s Irish Pub, Nacho Daddy, Escondida Sports Bar, Gringo Loco Cantina, All-Access Sports Bar & Bar La Playa, Kelly’s Pour Favor and Steve’s Sports Bar will be held on Saturday, January 18th at 1:00 pm.

Participants will be required to make a $150 peso donation to take part in the event, which will start at 1:00 pm at Nacho Daddy, 287 Basilio Badillo in Old Town. The last stop will be at 5:00 at Murphy’s Irish Pub. At Murphy’s there will be Entertainment, Raffle and 50/50 drawings and the announcement of the Poker hand winners. Shuttle transportation will be provided by the participating bars. Players can ride in the shuttle or walk.

You will pick a card at each stop (7 stops in total) and the best hand using 5 cards will be the winners. 50% of the donation proceeds to the Jay Sadler Project – community relations projects. The other half will be distributed to the Poker winners, with First place receiving 50 percent, Second place receiving 30 percent and Third place with 20 percent.

This year’s proceeds will benefit the playgrounds Las Palmas Park (Colonia Las Palmas) and Vista Hermosa Park with the installation of two 8 foot picnic tables in each, Jim Mawdesley and Jim Ranallo will build the picnic tables and the Jay Sadler Project volunteers and Martin Escobar will install.
