San Pancho Music Festival 2020 Schedule

The Music Festival is a cornerstone event that has contributed to San Pancho being recognized as “the Cultural Heart of Riviera Nayarit” for the last 10 years. The Festival is held in the Plaza del Sol, across from the church in San Pancho, Nayarit.

We have made a few changes this year that you may notice. In remembrance of our dear friend and fellow musician Dave Fisher, we have named the principal stage in the plaza the “Dave Fisher Stage.” To help us remember the Festival’s roots, we have named the original plaza stage the “Puerco’s Garden Stage.” We have a number of new groups performing this year, including Ahi Na’ Ma, Batala San Pancho, Bryan Spainhower, Trio Veracruzano, Trio Tres Aires, The Simon Lusby Band, Trem de Minas.

We work on a shoestring budget and depend greatly on the unpaid hours of our Festival committee and volunteers, but donations are the only way for us to cover operational expenses, such as an honorarium for every musician, sound and light equipment rental, design and promotion, security, cleanup, food and drinks for the musicians, etc.
