Puerto Vallarta Nominated for Food and Travel’s 2018 Reader Awards

Puerto Vallarta is nominated for Best Destination and Best Gourmet Destination by Food & Travel Mexico magazine in the 2018 Reader Awards, their yearly survey recognizing the best in national tourism, including destinations, hotels, airlines, travel agencies, restaurants, spas, and cruises.

The four categories for which Puerto Vallarta has been nominated are: Best Destination, Best Gourmet Destination, Best Spa and Best Beach Boutique Hotel.

“Being included on the list of nominees for the Best Destinations in Mexico is an honor for Puerto Vallarta, which in just a few years has consolidated its tourism offer with new hotels that offer excellent amenities, as well as high quality tourism services, in addition to its natural attractions, the security offered to its visitors, and the renowned hospitality of its people,” said Javier Aranda Pedrero, the director of the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Trust.

Home to a vast array of restaurants serving a wide variety of cuisines to suit every taste and budget, Puerto Vallarta distinguishes itself from other destinations by offering a wide range of culinary experiences, which have put it in the running for the magazine’s 2018 award for the ‘Best Gourmet Destination in Mexico.’
