Vallarta-Nayarit Recognized by Guia Mexico Gastronomico 2021

The fine cuisine of Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit has been recognized once again Mexico’s Gastronomic Guide (Guía México Gastronómico) thanks to the inclusion of 9 restaurants in their 2021 edition. The restaurants are: Café des Artistes, Carolina, El Delfín, ICÚ · Cocina de México, Jardín Nebulosa, La Leche Almacén Gourmet, Tintoque, Trio · Mediterranean Cuisine and Tuna Blanca.

Since 2016, Culinaria Mexicana (an editorial and gastronomic publishing company), through this guide, has awarded the 120 best restaurants in Mexico. However, this year in a virtual gala presented by Claudio Poblete, editor of the publication, 278 restaurants were named, recognizing the great effort they are making as a result of COVID-19. Keep in mind this is not a ranking, but a list for foodies.

The voters’ editorial board takes into account the quality in service and food preparation, as well as the continuity of the restaurant’s gastronomic project, a clear concept for they diners and the vision of transcending gastronomic fashions.
