After another successful edition of the gastronomic festival Restaurant Week, the local restaurant Café des Artistes is ready to welcome diners again with more surprises! The establishment just began offering its new Bistro menu and special summer dishes, which are available every day from 6:00pm – 11:00pm at the venue located at Guadalupe Sánchez 740, El Centro.

The Bistro menu is priced at $466 MXN per person and features some of the most recent culinary creations by head chef Thierry Blouet. Foodies will also be able to taste the new and special summer additions on its a la carte menu. After the great success of the previous Chef Tables, Punta Mita is ready to host the Summer Series with amazing international guest Chefs.

Punta Mita is ready to offer exciting experiences for residents and visitors over the summer.

The residential and tourism complex located north of Puerto Vallarta will host a series of culinary, music and sporting events where the fun is guaranteed.

Punta Mita Ocean Sports SUP Kids Camp: This summer camp is aimed at children aged 5 to 12 and will have two editions taking place from July 23 – 27 and from August 6 -10. Punta Mita Ocean Sports SUP Kids Camp intends to raise environmental awareness while people enjoy the wonders of the ocean in a safe and responsible manner. The program features activities such as Stand Up Paddle competitions, water sports and science lectures at the Punta Mita Ocean Sports education center.

Punta Mita Beach Festival: The 6th edition of the Punta Mita Beach Festival will take place August 4 & 5, featuring the best gastronomy, mixology, sports and music in a charming natural setting. This is definitely a must for this season.

Punta Mita Surf Camp: This will be the first Punta Mita Surf Camp, a four-day event dedicated to this water sport originated in the Polynesian Islands. Attendees will have the chance to meet special guests such as Coco Nogales, Diego Cadena and Fernando Stalla.

Cafe Des Artistes

Café des Artistes and Tuna Blanca will host the second edition of Chocolate & Cocktails Festival in July.

This highly-anticipated event provides diners with the opportunity to taste special desserts made with Belgian chocolate by the brand Callebaut and pair them with exotic cocktails by renowned mixologists.

This year’s edition will feature desserts by Nancy Hernández (pastry chef at Grupo Café des Artistes), an invited chef from Callebaut and refreshing and innovative cocktails by Dan Simey Rodríguez. Dates, menus and prices will be announced soon.

River Cafe, located at the Rio Cuale Island, just minutes away from the Boardwalk and Puerto Vallarta’s downtown is celebrating this year's Garlic and Mango Festival menu until July 31st.

Local restaurant River Cafe recently announced the special four-course menu for this year’s edition of Garlic and Mango Festival, a summer promotion that pays homage to both ingredients and their contributions to tropical gastronomy. The festival will take place from June 11 – July 31 and the menu is priced at $490 MXN per person. Reservations are recommended.

Amuse Bouche: Garlic confit with mango chutney and bell pepper served with plain crostini.

Appetizer: shrimp salad with mago cumin

Doble Garlic cream soup: With potato and chipotle aioli.

Main Course: Surf and turf Brochettes: Beef fillet and shrimp brochettes, vegetables, mashed potatoes and garlic butter. / Garlic penne Pasta: Roasted garlic, pancetta and green peas with creamy garlic sauce. / Grilled Chicken Breast: Over vegetable quinoa, toped with mango-ming marmalade.
