Have you been dreaming of taking a swim with a dolphin? You’ll have the opportunity to do that and more during our 40-minute, small-group Dolphin Signature Swim encounter, which has been specifically designed to be exhilarating, enlightening, tender, and relaxing all at once!

You’ll get a thrilling ride through the water, a chance to communicate with these intelligent animals using the same hand signals marine specialists use, and time to become fast friends with a member of our curious and charming Pacific Bottlenose family. You’ll be able to learn about sea life and the behavior and communication of these marine mammals firsthand. It’s a great experience for couples who want to get up close and personal with a dolphin or families with kids ages five and up who love the ocean. This will be the highlight of your time in Puerto Vallarta!

Not only will you get to swim with a dolphin, in this encounter you’ll discover all there is to know about dolphins from the best teachers around⁠—the dolphins themselves! Dolphin behavior is fascinating. Learn more than you ever thought possible about their behavior and adaptations, including their unique vocalizations, personalities, and eating habits, along with how they socialize with one another and with human beings. Communicating and playing with our friendly and lovable dolphins will leave a lasting impression on your heart.

There’s nothing in the world like swimming with dolphins. These playful yet majestic marine mammals inspire childlike wonder in people of all ages. When you swim with a dolphin, you’ll experience a buzz of excitement unlike any other as you dance, play, and laugh with one of these lovable creatures before taking a lightning-fast dorsal ride across the water.

Caring for Our Dolphins
Our experience caring for these special mammals has taught us that dolphins need downtime as much as we do. The ethical treatment of our beloved dolphins is a top priority. That’s why we limit the duration of our Dolphin Signature Swim and other programs. We make sure that our Pacific Bottlenose family spends no more than two hours each day interacting with visitors, and we give them plenty of time to play and interact with one another in the stimulating environment we have created for them. Their days also include time in training, which is an important part of their enrichment. Health is another element of happiness, so all of the animals in our care are given regular checkups and enjoy a carefully monitored diet.

Restrictions

• Minimum age for children is 5 years
• Children 5 -11 must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult
• No jewelry or sunscreen allowed
• Expecting mothers are restricted
• Cameras are only allowed in the observation area
• All of our programs have been designed with the wellbeing of the dolphins in mind.
