Puerto Vallarta is gearing up for the 10th anniversary of the Ceviche and Aguachile Festival, a culinary celebration not to be missed. This year’s festival promises an unforgettable experience with over 60 varieties of fresh ceviches and spicy aguachiles prepared by some of the city’s finest seafood restaurants. Guests can also enjoy local craft beers, beverages, and pastries while indulging in these delicious dishes.
The festival will feature live music and entertainment, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. Renowned chefs will serve as judges for the Ceviche and Aguachile Competition, awarding prizes to the three best recipes created by participating restaurants.
This culinary extravaganza will take place on Sunday, January 26th, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hidalgo Park in Downtown Puerto Vallarta.
