In celebration of Children’s Day on April 30th, Puerto Vallarta unveiled “Tukilandia,” a new children’s park located in the Jardines del Puerto neighborhood.
Mayor Luis Munguía González led the inauguration ceremony, announcing that “Tukilandia” is the first of twenty such parks slated for development across Puerto Vallarta. This initiative aims to transform public areas into engaging environments that strengthen family connections and improve the overall well-being of the city’s young population.
Along with the Jardines del Puerto Park, the initial phase of this renovation project included improvements to La Leña Park in Las Juntas, Las Torres Park in Aralias, Palmar del Progreso Park, and Vistahermosa Park.
The inauguration event was filled with entertainment, featuring lively performances by clowns and jugglers. Adding to the festive atmosphere, a raffle offered wonderful prizes and gifts to the families in attendance, ensuring an afternoon filled with happiness and laughter.
