Alaska Airlines Adds Record Number of Flights This Summer

Alaska Airlines is taking flight with the most summer departures ever to Mexico, including Puerto Vallarta!

This year, the airline boasts nearly a million additional seats compared to 2023.  For those dreaming of turquoise waters and sandy beaches, Alaska Airlines offers more flights to Puerto Vallarta and other popular Mexican destinations, like Cancun and Los Cabos, than any other US carrier.

On top of the increased service to Mexico, Alaska Airlines is adding exciting new international routes to Guatemala City, The Bahamas, and Toronto during peak summer months (June, July, and August).

Passengers can also expect an enhanced customer experience at major hubs like Anchorage, Los Angeles, Portland, and San Francisco. These airports will see upgrades including expanded lounge seating, improved dining options, and gate improvements.  Additionally, Alaska Airlines has enhanced hot meal selections for both Premium Class and Main Cabin on flights exceeding 1,100 miles.
